Questions
Billing, limits and your data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free — no further charge. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
Nothing breaks. AI features pause for the rest of the month once you reach the monthly cap, and existing work stays fully accessible. For imla.shock you can buy credit packs (100cr €5, 500cr €20, 2,000cr €60) or move to a higher plan for a larger monthly allowance.
Can I switch plans later?
Once billing is live, upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then. You'll be able to switch between monthly and annual billing at renewal.
Is my work safe, and what if I leave?
Your files live in your own project library and are served only to you. If you cancel, your data is retained for 90 days so you can export or reactivate, then archived. You can export finished files and metadata at any time while your account is active.
Which modules can I use today?
tag.shock and imla.shock are available now and included from the Free plan up. The rest of the pipeline is in development and rolls out into your plan as each module ships — at no change to your price.
When can I pay, and how?
Card (via Stripe) and PayPal billing are being finalized. tag.shock and imla.shock are usable now from the Free plan — join any paid plan's waitlist and we'll email you the moment checkout opens. No charge until then.
