Legal
Terms of Service
The terms that govern this site, production engagements and the .shock Suite.
Draft for review. This is a working structure — final wording is to be confirmed by the owner and legal counsel before launch. Last updated 2026.
Acceptance
By using dotshock.ai or the .shock Suite you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
What we provide
.shock offers commercial photo and video production services and the .shock Suite, a set of software tools for photographers. Production work is delivered under a separate written agreement scoped per project; these terms cover the website and the Suite.
Quotes and bookings
Figures on the pricing pages are starting points for budget planning, not a binding price list. Every production is confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.
Suite subscriptions and billing
Paid Suite plans are billed via Stripe or PayPal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; failed payments retry before a plan reverts to Free. See the Suite pricing page for plan details.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them unlawfully. You are responsible for content you upload and for holding the rights and releases needed for it.
Intellectual property and usage rights
Production deliverables are licensed per the project agreement. Site content and the .shock brand remain ours. The Suite and its software remain ours; your account content remains yours.
Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Questions: dotshock@dotshock.ai.
